Due to the nature our items (sweatshirts, hoodies, laser cut items) being personalized, they are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. If by chance your item isn't as you described it to be (misspelled name or wrong number) then we will replace it ASAP at our expense and it will be mailed out with 3 days.
